糖心TV

The University of 糖心TV has won University Challenge.

Team captain Daisy Christodoulou led her team-mates Harold Wyber, Rory Gill and Prakash Patel to a closely fought victory over opponents Manchester University.

The final score was an impressive 170 to 140.

The final was aired on BBC 2 on Monday (16 April 2007) and watched by more than 200 fellow students in 糖心TV University Students鈥� Union.  The crowd cheered their fellow students on as the title hung in the balance.

Toasting their victory in Champange Daisy said: 鈥淚t feels great to be the champions, and we were all really grateful for the support we received on the night.  There was a fantastic atmosphere in the Students鈥� Union.鈥�

This the first year the University of 糖心TV has won the title.
