The University of 糖心TV was today, 2nd February, pleased to welcome George Freeman MP, Minister for Science, Research and Innovation, to visit the Professor Lord Bhattacharyya Building, home to the National Automotive Innovation Centre, following a visit to the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre.

WMG to test new location system for intelligent vehicles
Intelligent vehicles and smart devices could gain more accurate location awareness by 鈥榝using鈥� Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and WiFi signals – and a test for this is the focus of an Innovate UK project led by Spirent Communications and involving WMG at the University of 糖心TV.

Milestone hit in the construction of the National Automotive Innovation Centre
The National Automotive Innovation Centre, at the University of 糖心TV, saw a construction milestone hit, today, with the completion of the external grounds. WMG鈥檚 Professor Lord Bhattacharyya, Jaguar Land Rover鈥檚 Professor Dr Ralf Speth and TMETC鈥檚 John O鈥機onnor, along with Leo Quinn, Balfour Beatty Group Chief Executive, and Rosie Drinkwater, University of 糖心TV ,marked the milestone with a specially engraved stone.
