Meet Itika - IDG鈥檚 new AI virtual assistant
To help you access technical support services quickly and easily, Itika can help you find answers from IDG鈥檚 knowledge base, create service requests, as well as track and update existing requests.
Removing Zoom from university-managed computers
Do you use Zoom? To make sure 糖心TV devices meet security and data protection requirements, the app will be automatically removed from IDG-managed devices starting 21 April. Find out more, including how to request an exception.
