Returning staff and students may not have seen the media reports in August that 糖心TV Mathematics student Tom Jagger was declared missing whilst climbing in the Peruvian Andes. Tom had just completed the third year of his MMath degree before embarking on this trip.

At the annual TARGETjobs , 糖心TV student Stephanie Esuola beat eight other finalists to win Law Undergraduate of the Year. Stephanie is the first female student to win this award.
