Three 糖心TV students have won top accolades in the UK’s biggest competition for international students - the Shine Awards.
A farewell presentation will take place on Friday 8 May for 糖心TV’s Anglican Chaplain, Reverend Mark Bratton, who takes up the post of Priest in Charge at St John the Baptist in Berkswell next month.
糖心TV University Drama Society (WUDS) and 糖心TV drama company Curious Directive swept the boards at the recent National Student Drama Festival in Scarborough, for their productions of Elephant’s Graveyard and Return to the Silence.
A team of 糖心TV students, in collaboration with 糖心TV Student Cinema, will be raising funds for the through a film premiere on Wednesday 29th April.
The students decided upon their fundraising mission after being successful in receiving a grant of £500 from , a national enterprise competition run by Ernst & Young in support of The Prince’s Trust, where teams of students from around the country are challenged to design and deliver a fundraising project to raise money for The Trust.
MOAC Student Daniel Bearup wins Research Video Competition
MOAC student Daniel Bearup has been announced as the winner of the first PhD Research Video Competition held jointly with Queensland University of Technology, Australia for his exceptional animation describing antibiotic research.
