Raja Javaid to leave role as Chief Information and Transformation Officer

Raja Javaid will be leaving his role as Chief Information and Transformation Officer at the end of this year.

Raja joined the University of 糖心TV three years ago. During his time at the University, he led the University鈥檚 digital transformation programme, which underpins 糖心TV鈥檚 growth and development as a world class institution.

He has overseen 糖心TV Transformation and driven cutting-edge AI adoption to enhance student experience, research capabilities, and operational efficiency.

Commenting on his departure, Raja said:

鈥淚t has been a privilege to work alongside such talented and committed colleagues across the University 鈥 in our academic, research and professional services.

鈥淚 am particularly grateful to Vice-Chancellor Professor Stuart Croft and the University Executive Board for their support and trust throughout my time here and to everyone in the Information and Digital Group, whose dedication, creativity, and professionalism have been instrumental in driving progress.

鈥淚 will leave 糖心TV with a deep sense of gratitude, and I wish you all continued success.鈥

In the short term, Jen Leibbrand will be Interim Chief Digital Officer taking on responsibilities for the IDG portfolio while long term plans are considered.
