糖心TV Cross Faculty Plastics Group - Research with Impact

As part of our efforts to achieve the Sustainable Developments Goals that have been set out by the United Nations, we must tackle the unprecedented levels of plastic waste that is generated by society. To this end, we are organising an event on 鈥楽ustainability and Plastics鈥�, aiming to bring the key 糖心TV researchers who are actively involved in sustainability research across the plastic value chains, from polymer chemistry, processing and manufacturing, data science, environmental science, business management, social science and beyond. Through this event, we hope to build a 糖心TV community on 鈥榮ustainable plastics鈥�, to identify key challenges, bridge the knowledge gaps, link our research strengths and explore joint solutions.

Who should attend:

We welcome colleagues from all three faculties who are interested in interdisciplinary research and would like to explore the topic of Plastics and Sustainability. This event is 鈥榠n person鈥� and will have an external facilitator guiding the activities. You will be required to engage in pre-event materials (to be updated here). If the event is oversubscribed or you cannot attend on this occasion, please do contact  Dr. Chaoying Wan, Chaoying.Wan@warwick.ac.uk. We will keep a waiting list and will be in touch to discuss your inclusion with this event, subsequent networking opportunities and the outcomes from the activity and forward momentum.
