Like the rest of the University, WBS uses Microsoft's Office 365 service for its staff email system.

Getting Connected:

• Create an Outlook Profile (set up Outlook on your computer)
• Log into Outlook Web Access (OWA)
• Connect your mobile device (e.g. iPhone, iPad or Android)

Key skills:

• Setting the recommended WBS email signature
• Sharing your calendar
• Sharing email folders
• Retracting messages
• Forwarding email as an attachment (we will ask you to do this when reporting suspicious emails)
