About the series鈥�
Postgraduate and research students are invited to attend a series of lectures by distinguished international scholars, legal practitioners, and industry professionals. Undergraduate students are also welcome.
About the speaker
is co-director of the Center for the Study of 糖心TV Law & Regulation at Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches and writes in the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial law, consumer credit, and data privacy. He is a past chair of the Association of American Law Schools鈥� Section on Commercial and Consumer Law and a current member of the American College of Bankruptcy, the International Insolvency Institute, and the American Law Institute.
