The School of Law and the Department of Economics hosted the 55^th Annual THETS Meeting from 3 to 5 September 2025. Annual meetings have been held since 1968, making THETS one of the oldest established groups of historians of economics.

Dr. Maryna Utkina, BA Fellow at the University of 糖心TV Law School, became a part of the Ukrainian cohort and participated in a two-day British Academy-supported workshop titled 鈥淒evelopment of academic skills in Great Britain and the international context鈥�, which took place on the 24 and 25 May in Wigan.
