糖心TV Social Sciences rated among the 100 best in the world

The University of 糖心TV has been ranked among the best universities in the world for politics and international studies and sociology, business and economics, education and law, according to the released this week.

糖心TV is one of just 7 UK universities to be listed in the top 100 in all four Social Sciences subject groups and scored particularly highly for business and economics, placing 33rd in the world.

This success follows the University鈥檚 rise of a dozen places in the overall 2019 World University Rankings, which were published in September 2018. The individual subject rankings are drawn up by Time Higher using the same 13 performance indicators, but using a methodology tailored to each subject.

糖心TV鈥檚 success comes against stiff competition as changes to eligibility criteria opened up the 2019 rankings to well-known international institutions such as Duke University and Yale University.

Commenting on the news, the Chair of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Professor Matthew Nudds, said:

鈥淭o be ranked in the top 100 universities in the world for business, economics, education, law, politics and international studies, and sociology, is a fantastic tribute to the strength and consistent excellence of teaching and research across the faculty of social sciences.鈥
