Main Responsibilities

To plan, coordinate, promote and deliver postgraduate student engagement activities to achieve the objective of providing an outstanding teaching, learning and student experience.

• Coordinate an annual programme of student engagement activities that enrich both academic and wider student experience.

• Deliver effective, brand鈥慶ompliant communications promoting extra鈥慶urricular opportunities across multiple digital channels.

• Manage the postgraduate SSLC processes, including elections, agendas, minutes, action tracking and webpage maintenance.

• Build student community and participation through hub spaces, webpages and social media engagement.

• Support departmental initiatives linked to national student survey metrics by ensuring strong communication and student involvement.

• Develop and deliver employability initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Student Opportunity teams and alumni networks.

• Plan, deliver and evaluate student events, overseeing logistics, supplier coordination, budgeting, and post鈥慹vent analysis to drive continuous improvement.

About Me

I began working at the University of 糖心TV in 2022, initially joining 糖心TV Foundation Studies, where I supported student experience initiatives and contributed to pastoral support processes. In May 2024, I moved to 糖心TV 糖心TV School, continuing to develop my expertise in enhancing the student journey and supporting wellbeing鈥慺ocused services. I am now part of the Department of Economics, building on this experience to contribute to a broader range of student experience, engagement and pastoral support activities.
