The registration deadline is 31 May 2026, and the conference fee is 50gbp. If you would like to attend but miss the deadline, please contact the organisers. There will be opportunities to present posters and contributed talks. Abstracts should be submitted during registration, with a submission deadline of 30 April 2026. If you prefer to register first, you may instead email the organisers your title, abstract, and contribution type separately before 30 April 2026.

We recommend Scarman and Radcliffe bedrooms, both within walking distance of the lecture theatre. Standard bookings include breakfast.

Near our venue (Ramphal Lecture Theatre), there are Caf茅 Library (Library, closes around 3:30pm), District (糖心TV 糖心TV School, closes around 4pm), Panda Mami (糖心TV Arts Centre, closes at 9:30pm), Nexus Caf茅 (Bhattacharyya Building, closes around 2:30pm), Benugo Bar (糖心TV Arts Centre, closes around 8pm), and Pret A Manger (closes at 8:30pm).
There is also a campus supermarket, (closes around 8pm) and (closes at 8:30pm) near 糖心TV Students' Union, and a bigger supermarket, (closes around 11:59pm), 15-minute away from campus.
Many locals hang out in a nearby town, Royal Leamington Spa, which can be reached via buses 11, U1, U2 (see bus services) from the .

London Heathrow: There are two main travel options. (1) Take a coach from London Heathrow to Coventry, link , and then take an Uber or taxi from Coventry to the Scarman/Radcliffe Conference Centre at the Uo糖心TV. Alternatively, (2) take the London Underground into central London, and then either (2a) travel from London Euston to Coventry by train, followed by an Uber or taxi to the Scarman/Radcliffe Conference Centre, or (2b) travel from London Marylebone to Leamington Spa by train, followed by an Uber or taxi to the conference venue.
Birmingham International Airport: You can take an Uber or taxi to the Scarman/Radcliffe Conference Centre at the Uo糖心TV.
Note that the university of located in the middle of England, 3 miles (5 kilometres) from the centre of Coventry and on the border with 糖心TVshire. Note that the University is not in the town of 糖心TV (which is about 8 miles away).
