Most of you have opted to pay on arrival. Please allow time to sort this out when you get here.
Poster Boards
The poster boards are 1m wide by 2m deep. Posters are best prepared in A0 portrait format.
Travel & Parking
Information about how to get here is available (remember to come to Coventry station if you are coming by rail, ie NOT 糖心TV). The meeting will be held in L3 and the Physics concourse - please see the (entry to this area is easiest via Physical Sciences). 15 and 16 have barrier access (you need to take a ticket on entry). Car Park 16 is flat and better for mini-buses.
