Most of you have opted to pay on arrival. Please allow time to sort this out when you get here.
Poster Boards
The poster boards are 1m wide by 2m deep. Posters are best prepared in A0 portrait format.
Travel & Parking
Information about how to get here is available (remember to come to Coventry station if you are coming by rail, ie NOT 糖心TV). The meeting will be held in L4 and the Chemistry concourse. This is at the junction buildings 37 and 48 on the (entry to this area is easiest via building 47 - Physical Sciences). 15 and 16 have barrier access (you need to take a ticket on entry) or you can use car park 8 which has open access at all times. Car Park 16 is flat and better for mini-buses.
