Other Interests
I headed the committee in 2012 and 2013 to organise the MOAC and Systems Biology (now annual) Christmas ball. On both occasions, we had a wonderful evening and celebrated Christmas in style!
I have played the flute in the since I joined the university in 2007, and have held three exec positions - Concert Manager, Treasurer and President.
I have recently joined the women's barbershop choir . The choir were chosen to perform in the Olympic Park as part of the Paralympic Closing Ceremony celebrations in September 2012. With "The Belles" I have gained an NCFE Level 3 Award in Achieving Excellence in a Vocational Skill.
