Teaching
For the past two years, I have used my expertise in bioinformatics, particularly my familiarity with R and Bioconductor, to assist in teaching bioinformatics courses for the MOAC MSc students and first year System's Biology students. I assisted by holding classes on how to get started using the statistical programming language R and its bioinformatics packkage set, Bioconductor. I also assisted with student's project work in various work sessions throughout the course.
