The MOAC and MAS doctoral trainin centres had their joint annual conference in May this year in the Lake District at . All students from the MSc year to the final year PhD students presented posters and talks over a 3 day conference. Between talks there was time for a hard fought Dragon Boat race as well as challenging walks in the beautiful surroundings including a quick jog up Cat Bells one afternoon.
