How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

BBQ

We are hoping to have an impromptu BBQ tomorrow after work at the site just south of car park 6 on this interactive map. It’s at the bottom of Health centre road on the right before you get to the lake. All MOAC and Systems staff and students are welcome! (Ann please could you send this e-mail to the Sys Bio corridor?)

What I need at the moment (otherwise it won’t happen!) is volunteers!

Volunteers to:

·         Help carry the food and disposable barbeques (and note to self- we need a large bottle of water!)  down to the site at about 4pm.

·         Actually cook the food and serve it

·         Be around to do a little clear up at the end.

Also, please bring a Frisbee/ football etc. as there is a large grassy area right next to the site.

This event will replace cake day tomorrow.

Please let me know asap if you can help,

Phil
