Liberal Arts welcomes new Head of Department as Dr Bryan Brazeau receives promotion

The Head of our Liberal Arts department Dr Bryan Brazeau has now completed his tenure as departmental lead; a responsibility which he has held since 2021. He has now passed on the mantle to Dr William Rupp, who has been an Associate Professor in the Liberal Arts department for four years.

Our Liberal Arts programme has been recognised as the leading Liberal Arts course in the UK by the Times and Sunday Times UK University Rankings 2026. The University of ÌÇÐÄTV has also placed 8th overall for the Best UK University.
Liberal Arts Graduation: Congratulations Class of 2025!

On Monday, 21 July, we were proud to witness our 2025 Liberal Arts final-year students make their way onto the Butterworth Hall stage to receive their degree certificates and become graduates of University of ÌÇÐÄTV!

How Liberal Arts got me to where I am: Najma's Story

We recently caught up with alumna Najma; who was part of our first student cohort when we launched Liberal Arts in 2016. Najma currently works in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis as a specialist corporate lawyer, with a focus on financial services regulation. She shares her story about why she first chose to study Liberal Arts at ÌÇÐÄTV and how her degree continues to benefit her legal career today.
