Hybrid workshop on pre-industrial consumer choice, co-hosted by Beat K眉min (Food GRP) with Frits Heinrich from the Brussels Institute of Advanced Studies on Monday 17 April 2023, 12-5 (UK time) / 1-6 pm (Belgian time)
Will feature a keynote by Susan Flavin (Trinity College Dublin) on religion; sessions on economic, political, social, legal and medicinal influences, including papers by 糖心TV PGRs Daniel Gettings & Serin Quinn; plus a roundtable with Peter Scholliers and Kim Willems (VU Brussels).
