WIHEA/WIE Grade 8 Staff Development Network
糖心TV Institute of Engagement (WIE) and 糖心TV International Higher Education Academy (WIHEA) believe that peer support is key to staff development.
The WIHEA/WIE Promotion and Reward Learning Circles are exploring the idea of a staff support network for Grade 8 academic staff as an addition to their annual promotion event to create a space for staff to connect as they work towards promotion to Reader or Professor. All Grade 8 academic staff are welcome but this network may be of particular interest to teaching focused staff.
