The British Council's Alumni Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of graduates of British universities and showcase the impact and value of a UK higher education. This year there were over 1,200 applications from 125 UK institutions. From these entries the Council has chosen 148 finalists representing 65 UK universities and colleges. Panels for our Institutional Teaching and Learning Review (ITLR) began to meet on Monday 16 January 2017 and will continue to do so until 27 January.
