Help increase Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention at ‘Walking Out of Darkness’. This 10 mile walk is an opportunity for everyone to walk together in support and unity for individuals and families suffering from Mental Health Difficulties and those who have lost loved ones by suicide.
Sign up, be inspired and raise awareness, encourage openness in talking about emotional and mental health concerns, and help to reduce the number of suicides across the UK. There will be charities, services and organisations offering advice and support for numerous issues or situations to participants, if you wish to learn more about mental wellbeing.

Office for Global Engagement vacation opening hours
During vacation periods, the Office for Global Engagement will now be opening from 10am-12 noon and 2pm-4pm, Monday to Friday. Opening hours will revert back to Monday-Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-4pm during term time.
