 Full text: The British Council\, in collaboration with the Indian Depart
 ment of Biotechnology and the Indian Council of Medical Research\, and t
 hrough the Newton Fund\, invites applications for its researcher links w
 orkshop in India. This enables early-career researchers based in India a
 nd the UK to form new international connections with a potential for lon
 g-term sustainability and professional development. Applications are wel
 comed in the following priority areas: •agriculture and allied areas\; •
 environment and circular bioeconomy\; •biotechnology-education – researc
 h and policy for accelerated development of the sector\; •health with a 
 focus on vaccine development\, biomaterial applications\, brain research
 \, ageing\, immuno-engineering and metabolic engineering for pharmaceuti
 cal production\; •AI and machine learning in health\, agriculture\, geno
 mics and personalised medicine\; •cardiovascular pharmacotherapy in Covi
