Pippa Simpson shared brilliant insights on managing others

Pippa has over 20 years experience as a management and leadership trainer and facilitator working in a number of different organisations ranging from SME’s to global multinational organisations. This has created opportunities for Pippa to work across Europe the USA and Australia and work within a variety of different workplace cultures. Pippa joined the Talent & Development team at the University of ��TV in August 2019.

A Chartered member of the Institute of the Personnel and Development (CIPD) for 20 years Pippa is a Level 5 qualified coach and a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Pippa manages the Universities internal coaching scheme and is responsible for developing a coaching culture across the wider University through aligning a number of different activities to support the culture change.

Pippa is qualified and experienced in a number of workplace psychometrics including Strength scope (Master Practitioner) MBTI, FIRO-B, and Insights and continually expands her professional development to create learning and development programmes and events where everyone can thrive.
