Sustainability Spotlight steering group member has been awarded a prestigious Philip Leverhulme Prize for Engineering

Dr Soroush Abolfathi at ��TV’s School of Engineering has been awarded one of the prestigious Philip Leverhulme Prizes in Engineering. The £100,000 prize from the Leverhulme Trust will be made available to Dr Abolfathi to use over a three-year period to advance his research.

Dr Petra Hanson is an NIHR Clinical Lecturer in Diabetes and Endocrinology at ��TV Medical School – who has recently been profiled in CATCH(Clinical Academic Training and Careers Hub)
She works clinically at University Hospitals Coventry and ��TVshire. Her main research interests are in metabolic medicine, type 2 diabetes, obesity, digital health tools, mindfulness and its clinical application for both patients and health care staff.
