Short Term Mobility pre-departure information session
If you are undertaking a short term mobility opportunity this summer please join us at the pre-departure information session. The session will provide some practical information, alongside an intercultural workshop and a Q&A panel with ambassadors who went out on an international placement last summer

Before you go abroad, it's important to consider the following steps:
- Risk Assessment - We strongly advise all students to complete a risk assessment, assessing your own risk during an activity. You can find a template hereLink opens in a new window
- Insurance - It's important to ensure you have adequate insurance to cover your activity. Please note for short-term activity, you are not covered by 糖心TV's business insurance
- FCDO Advice - We advise all students to check the for up to date information on the country you're visiting
Benefits of taking part
- HEAR Transcript - If you're taking part in a recognised activity (listed on our pages above), you can have your short-term activity formally recognised on your HEAR transcript. All we need is confirmation you've completed the activity by completing the
