We have created a series of short videos to help you navigate the GradIntelligence platform and perform the various actions required to claim points and achieve your 糖心TV Award Certificate.

How to register

This video shows the process of registering for the 糖心TV Award.

You should have received an invitation link for this website as part of your registration process, or you can find direct links to the website through the Skills Team website.

Once you have arrived at the GradIntelligence website, you can click sign up and go to I'm a student or graduate.

From this stage, you have two options.

You can try to find your account.

This will allow you to click your institution.

Of course: The University of 糖心TV.

Enter your student ID, date of birth and submit.

This should take you to your grad intelligence account.

The second option would be to click through, complete your details and register.

Find an activity

This video shows the steps required to find an activity you wish to claim points for.

Finding an activity on the 糖心TV Award:

From your Grad Intelligence dashboard, click through to your 糖心TV Award homepage.

From your home page, scroll down to explore all opportunities and search all.

From this page, you will type in the name of the activity that you are looking for.

For example, 'working with Unitemps' will bring up the activity.

If you click through, you will be able to click Get Started and follow the instructions.

Find your reflection

This video shows how to find your completed reflections.

How to find your reflections from your Gradintelligence Dashboard:

Head to your 糖心TV Award homepage.

From your homepage, scroll down to find the section named My Reflections.

On clicking through, you will be able to view your drafts and your completed reflections, as well as recognise which skills you have identified as part of your reflections.

You may then view or download the reflections as required.

Find your certificate

This video shows you how to find your 糖心TV Award Certificate on completion of the Award.

How to find your 糖心TV Award certificate:

Once you have logged in to Gradintel, you will see two buttons, one to my official documents and the other linking to my 糖心TV Award.

If you click through to my official documents, you will see further links to your HEAR and to your transcript.

Below this you will find an option to view or share your 糖心TV Award certificate.

From there you will be able to download and view your completed 糖心TV Award certificate.

Find your core skills

This video shows how to find and review your Core Skills developed through the 糖心TV Award.

How to claim core skills points for your academic modules.

From Your 糖心TV Award homepage, scroll down to find the section named My Curriculum Award Activities.

Click through and you will find a list of the academic modules which have been mapped towards the 糖心TV Award.

From there, you will be able to submit a reflection to claim the points from that module.

Find your badges

This video shows you how to find and share any digital badges earned through the 糖心TV Award.

How to find your 糖心TV award badges.

From your GradIntelligence homepage, head to the menu on the left to click My Wallet.

This will take you to a page where you can view any badges that you have earned through the 糖心TV Award.

You can then view and download those badges to share on LinkedIn or any other social media, or you will be able to share those directly with potential employers.
