By investing 1-hour a week you will progress through 10 modules covering core skills including:

Recognising when coaching is appropriate,

How to coach in the flow of everyday conversations,

Active Listening,

How to ask powerful questions to bring about insight in others.

Who is this for?

This programme is for anyone whose role involves supervising, line managing or leading others.

It is also suitable for anyone in a matrix or project management role.

If you are not currently in a supervisory or line management role this programme could still be for you.

Aspiring managers are welcome! As the programme requires you to apply your learning immediately, you and your line manager must ensure you have sufficient opportunities such as supervising others or leading a team project.

How will I Learn?

The Coaching Manager is a blended programme following a Learn - Do - Review methodology.

You will complete a short piece of online learning and then be given a mission to practice your new skill. This should fit into the flow of your working day, without the need to set aside any additional time.

After completing your mission you will return to your portal and fill out a reflective log before moving to the next modue.

What is the length of the programme?

You will begin the programme by attending one of the following lift off sessions:

17th June -10:30 - 11:30

xx June - 15:00 - 16:00

Please hold your preferred date in you diary while you await confirmation of your place on the programme.

From lift off, the programme is self paced. You will need to set aside 1-2 hours per week, it is expected you will complete within 4 months.

How will I be supported?

Throughout the programme our delivery partners Notion are there to answer any questions about the programme content, support with technical issues and provide friendly nudges to maintain steady progress.

You will also be allocated an internal peer learning group. The learning group is an ideal place to share ideas on what's working and what you're finding challenging, ask for ideas on how to approach various situations, keep each other on track with completing the modules and extend your 糖心TV network.

How to apply?

There are three simple steps to applying:

1) Speak with your line manager and agree your participation.

2) Complete the application form below.

3) Hold your preferred lift off session date in you diary while you await confirmation of your place on the programme.
