Meet the Digital Learning Team
The Digital Learning team comprises 4 functional areas - Educational Technology, Learning Design, Digital Learning Faculty Support, and the Management and Projects team - as well as cross-team working groups with a specific pedagogic focus and interest. We work alongside and consult with academics and departments to design courses and use multimedia and online learning tools to create educational experiences.
Helen Brown
Educational Technologies Co-ordinator
My role is to provide user support with our digital tools and technologies.
I help to resolve queries and advise on the use of learning and assessment platforms, develop resources and collaborate on projects within digital learning.
Yihua Huang
Faculty Advisor - Social Sciences
I work with departments to support the use of digital tools and help with problem-solving related to those tools.
I鈥檓 interested in innovative use of digital tools to support teaching and enhance the student experience with technology.
Natasha Nakariakova

I work with academics across the university to make teaching more engaging and effective using digital technologies
I am passionate about using AI to enhance teaching and improve the student learning experience. I鈥檓 particularly keen to support academics in adopting innovative digital tools—especially AI—to make teaching more efficient, reduce time spent on routine marking, and create more engaging and interactive learning environments.
