Logging in to Moodle

You will need to have created your 糖心TV IT account to log in to Moodle.

Please note the Moodle app is not currently available at 糖心TV, however we do hope to review this.

Step-by-step instructions

Go to
Click Sign in.
Enter your 糖心TV IT account username (e.g. u1234567), then click Next.
Enter your 糖心TV IT account password.
Complete the two-step authentication.

Once you have completed this process, you will be taken to your Moodle dashboard.

"I've logged in but can't access the dashboard due to a problem with my email address"

Your personal information, including your new 糖心TV email address, is automatically imported to your Moodle profile from the student records database. This can take a short while to complete, so please be patient.

You should be able to access your Moodle dashboard within 24 hours of your details being processed in the student records database.
