Building on the work of Dr Nicola Gale and Dr Nicki Ward at the University of Birmingham, who created , this Masterclass explores practical strategies for LGBTQ+ inclusion in our teaching and learning spaces.

The Masterclass will explore three key domains of inclusivity (language, role modelling, and curriculum content) along with three stages of inclusive practice (increasing awareness, additive approaches, and transformative practice).
