Pop into the Research Exchange to enjoy some coffee and cake, while chatting with other researchers. These sessions are a great opportunity to network with other researchers, discuss your research, and to take a break so that you can return to your work refreshed and relaxed. Research Refresh runs throughout the year, apart from University closed days. |

Join our writing group to improve your writing, both non-fiction and fiction. Whether you are passionate about articles or stories, writing alongside supportive peers is a great way to enhance skills and find your voice. The practical workshops will explore successful writing and discuss issues such as:
As well as opportunities to experiment with writing style, form and topic, we will have the chance to interact with guest speakers slightly further ahead on their writing journey. The Creative Writing Group is open to all Postgraduate students and Early Career Researchers who have an interest in non-fiction and fiction, so if you want to develop an interest, or wish to take the next step professionally, just come along. |
