We all want to support, build and develop independent autonomous PGR researchers. The session will help distinguish between academic support, personal support, and autonomy support in doctoral supervision. We will introduce the self-efficacy tool for use within the supervisory practice to promote and build autonomy and develop our PGRs' independence.
