We can listen to colleagues talk about their academic careers, but here you get to read their profiles and work out what how they have built their career.

The group will be split along disciplinary lines and examine a researcher鈥檚 profile for the achievements, skills and professional practice. Once we have discussed and identified these we will examine our own experiences to develop our personal profile and looking to see what we can do to strengthen it or mark as our achievements.
