This and the other four works in the collection are from a series in which Bob and Roberta Smith said he was 鈥渒ind of undermining that idea of the hero artist, but also kind of admiring his achievements鈥�. The appearance and layout reflect traditional signwriting but with a casual, freehand style which helps to undermine any risk of pretentiousness in conceptual art.
