We work closely with our partner providers to ensure all eligible students are offered high-quality accommodation that meets our standards. If you're allocated a room in partnership accommodation, you can be confident you'll have full access to 糖心TV鈥檚 student services, support networks, and events - so you can fully immerse yourself in the 糖心TV community, wherever you're living.

How it works

Your contract will be direct with the partner provider. You should ensure you understand their terms and conditions before accepting your accommodation contract.

Bookings will be offered on a first-come first-served basis, subject to availability. To secure your room you may need to make a deposit or advance rent payment.

You may also be required to provide details of a guarantor to the partner provider.

We'll contact students regarding their accommodation offer which may include our partnership accommodation. One of our partner providers will then be in touch with you to process your accommodation booking.

Are located within walking distance or with convenient access to public transport routes to campus
Are well managed, and have dedicated teams available to support our students

Invitations for campus events are extended to all students staying with our partner providers

How we allocate

Students may be referred to partnership accommodation in the event campus becomes fully allocated.

We advise that all first year students apply for accommodation on our websiteLink opens in a new window in the first instance. We'll then be in touch with details regarding the outcome of your application, and the accommodation option we are able to offer. If you are allocated a room with a partnership provider, we work with the provider to house all 糖心TV students together and, in some instances, secure preferential rates for first year students. If you book a room directly with the private provider yourself, you will not be privy to these benefits.

Have students been allocated to partnership accommodation in previous years? How do I book a room?

In the event we need to refer students to our partnership accommodation options, we'll inform you of this in your accommodation offer email.

After you confirm with us that you'd like an offer of partnership accommodation, they'll be in touch with you within 3 working days to process and complete your room booking.

You should ensure you include the referral code (see FAQ below) when you process your booking with the partner provider. Please bear in mind that bookings are subject to availability and offered on a first-come first-served basis.

We recommend that all students apply for accommodation on our website in the first instance. We'll then be in touch with details regarding the outcome of your application, and the accommodation option we are able to offer.

Which referral code should I use?

Students who are referred should include the relevant referral code at the time of booking with our partner providers.

One of our partner providers with availability will be in touch with you to process your room booking, subject to availability. We advise students to await their communication by email from our partner providers before booking a room.

Are there good travel options from each partner provider?

We鈥檝e made sure all of our partner residences offer good access to campus.

Longwood Place is within walking distance and only a short 15 - 20 minute walk to campus.

Albany Student Village, City Village, Infinity, Trinity View and Weaver Place are all located in Coventry within close proximity to regular bus routes to campus. Buses typically take 15 - 25 minutes, depending on the time of day and traffic. Bus services usually run frequently with bus stops located near each accommodation.

In addition to public transport, our partner providers may offer additional amenities such as secure bicycle storage, making cycling a great option for many students.

We encourage you to discuss transport options and available facilities directly with each provider before booking a room.

What are the cancellation terms?

As your accommodation contract will be with the partner provider, we strongly advise you to carefully check and understand the cancellation terms before you decide to complete a booking and sign your accommodation contract.

We also recommend contacting for free, professional, independent, and confidential housing advice if you have any concerns or queries. They can also check your accommodation contract before you sign and accept.

Will I live with other University of 糖心TV students? Do your partner providers have CCTV and 24/7 on-site assistance?

Yes, all of our partner providers have CCTV and 24/7 on-site assistance.

Are there any booking incentives available? Can I arrange my own accommodation off campus?

You are of course welcome to arrange your own accommodation off campus, however we would recommend following our guidance and seeking advice before you sign a contract as we have support teams available who can help ensure you stay well informed when booking private accommodation.

If I am a part-year student, will I be offered a shorter contract let length?

If you're an incoming exchange student and you are offered partnership accommodation, our partner providers will be in touch with you direct to provide details of your accommodation contract and the corresponding let length.

Please ensure you check the contract let length covers the period you are studying at 糖心TV i.e. one or two terms or full year.
