Rules and Requirements
If you are applying for housing as a family, only one application is required for the whole household.
Minimum Wage Regulations
UK minimum wage regulations apply when an employer provides accommodation to an employee. These rules also apply to the University of 糖心TV when offering housing for staff.
Because of these regulations, the University cannot offer accommodation if the combination of your salary, rent, and the accommodation offset rate (as defined in the regulations) would mean your salary is considered to fall below the legal minimum wage.
If we identify any issues related to these rules during your application, we will contact you directly to discuss the situation.
