Last week Jack attended the Royal Society of Chemistry's Technician relaunch event. At it the RSC launched their plan to support technicians in the chemical sciences. While there Jack was presented with his award from the 2025 RSC prizes, and was given the chance to present some of the research that led to the award.

The BoostCrop team, which originated at 糖心TV and led by Prof. Vasilios Stavros (now University of Birmingham), has been named winner of the Royal Society of Chemistry鈥檚 Horizon Prizes, which celebrate discoveries and innovations that push the boundaries of science.
