Hundreds of colleagues have already taken part in our individual survey, sharing insights into their roles, experiences and career journeys.

Early findings suggest:

• Nearly a third of respondents are the only person undertaking their role in their institution
• Communication is the skill most valued by respondents
• More than 40% are already using AI occasionally for specific tasks

We know many colleagues may not yet have had the opportunity to take part, particularly over the summer period, so we鈥檝e extended the survey deadline to 18 September 2026.
