Local budding engineers from a Coventry’s Howes Primary School will be working alongside researchers  from WMG, at the University of 糖心TV, to get a taste of what a career in engineering is really like by building and racing their own electric vehicles.

The Guild of European Research-Intensive Universities is calling for enhanced european university collaboration. Over the past few weeks, evidence has been mounting that the UK’s referendum result on BREXIT has begun to undermine collaborative research through a decline in joint funding applications involving UK partners. Meanwhile, uncertainty around future fee arrangements for EU students and student exchange arrangements are detrimental to student mobility to the UK.

Apprentice success for 35 students from the WMG Academy for Young Engineers in Coventry

As the first cohort of students from the WMG Academy for Young Engineers, in Coventry, complete their studies, 35 students have already secured apprenticeships and jobs in industry.
