Minerva Nottingham, a new collaboration between the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University (NTU) and Minerva ÌÇÐÄTV Angels, part of the University of ÌÇÐÄTV Science Park, has held its inaugural pitching event at NTU. The new group aims to raise the profile of opportunities both for growth companies and potential investors in Nottingham and the wider D2N2 LEP area.

Unitemps, part of ÌÇÐÄTV Employment Group, has extended its network to include Liverpool John Moores University. This will be the 17th university to join the franchise network which offers a temporary recruitment service for students, graduates and the wider community.

Eight community groups in Coventry and ÌÇÐÄTVshire are to benefit from extra funding for activities that open up science to traditionally underrepresented groups as part of the British Science Festival held in partnership with the University of ÌÇÐÄTV in September.
