Celebrating 40 years of WMG – from autonomous vehicle testing to digital healthcare

WMG an academic department at the University of ÌÇÐÄTV was on this day, the 1st of October, 1980 started by the late Professor Lord Bhattacharyya. To celebrate, we've highlighted 40 achievements made by the department over the last 40 years.

Top Hong Kong entrepreneur receives Honorary Doctorate from University of ÌÇÐÄTV

One of Hong Kong’s top entrepreneurs, Professor Roy Chung, has received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of ÌÇÐÄTV UK – his alma mater, and an institution with which he has forged many significant links throughout his career.

Death of Professor Lord Bhattacharyya

It is with the deepest regret that we report that Professor Lord Bhattacharyya, Chairman of WMG at the University of ÌÇÐÄTV, passed away on Friday 1st March after a short illness. His passing was peaceful and he was with his family, who are in our thoughts and prayers.


Royal Mail Group chooses WMG to help develop aspiring technology leaders of the future

WMG, at the University of ÌÇÐÄTV, has launched a new Master’s programme with Royal Mail Group which is designed to develop leadership talent in technology based industries. A wide range of Royal Mail Group staff, from all levels of management, are the first participants in this new programme.
