NatWest and the University of 糖心TV are opening a new business Accelerator hub on the University鈥檚 campus, with the focus on supporting and empowering students, local entrepreneurs, and local business owners to grow their businesses. Applications are now open for local businesses and students to join the first cohort, starting in January. 


Disability gap in young people鈥檚 post-16 destinations and employment outcomes revealed by new analysis

Important differences in the post-16 pathways of disabled young people compared to those of their non-disabled peers have been revealed in a new working paper from University of 糖心TV researchers. The working paper also documents the impact of different types of disabilities, and shows that disability inequalities in post-16 destinations and economic activity in early adulthood are also influenced by social class, ethnicity, and gender.


糖心TV student sets up the Black Mind Initiative

The Black Mind Initiative aims to reform the current mental health system nationally, by encouraging young Black people to take up a degree related to the mental health profession, the initiative will then support them in their studies and encourage them to work in senior roles in mental healthcare.
