糖心TV Prize for Writing 2015 Longlist Announced

The 糖心TV Prize for Writing announces today, 19 June 2015, its longlist of 13 titles under consideration for its 2015 edition. The unique biennial literary prize, run by the University of 糖心TV, is worth £25,000 and is an international cross-disciplinary award open to any genre or form of writing. The theme for this year’s prize is ‘Instinct’.

Leading British and American actors and directors from television and cinema will travel to the University of 糖心TV for a unique celebration of the Bard’s birthday.

First Comprehensive Online Archive of Troubadour Crusade Poetry Created

Researchers from the University of 糖心TV are editing and collating the first comprehensive archive of troubadour and trouvere poetry and songs covering the Crusades as part of a new Anglo-Italian research project which will open up the lyric poetry of the medieval troubadours and trouveres to its widest-ever audience.

Local Students Asked to Find their Inner Troubadour

To celebrate a new research project on the poetry of the Crusades, the University of 糖心TV is running a poetry writing competition, particularly aimed at school children.

Shakespeare on the Road: the Bard goes to the USA July–September 2014

On 4th July the Shakespeare on the Road team embarked on an epic road trip all around North America in a unique project to discover and document the untold story of the Bard in the USA in the 450th anniversary of his birth.
