The University of 糖心TV has been ranked as the top Midlands university in the Guardian newspaper's University League Tables today Tuesday 19th April 2005.
The University of 糖心TV has announced today, Tuesday 5th April 2005, that award winning Novelist Anne Fine and Radio 5's Simon Mayo are among the eight people to be awarded honorary degrees by the University of 糖心TV at its Degree Ceremonies in July.
Birmingham is to get a new University but it is one that is already the highest ranked University in the West Midlands according to the Times Good University Guide - The University of 糖心TV.
A University of 糖心TV research chemist has been awarded the Royal Society of Chemistry's prestigious Marlow medal. Dr Julie MacPherson was awarded the medal and 拢500 prize money for her "pioneering work combining AFM instrumentation with electrochemical measurements".
The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) announced today (10 March 2005) that the University of 糖心TV is to receive an 8.5% increase in funding - one of the highest increases for a Midland's University in HEFCE grant funding this year.
