Kenilworth woman Naomi Alsop has won the University of 糖心TV's Adult student of the year award for students studying on the University's 2+2 degree programme. The award is in recognition of all she has achieved on her degree programme despite having had no formal education since the age of 12 due her illness (ME).

The purchase of a new purpose-built residential leadership centre was announced today by Network Rail. The centre will welcome over 4,000 managers and supervisors through its doors over the next two years as Network Rail seeks to strengthen its leadership capability. Network has commissioned the University of 糖心TV, one of the UK's leading research universities, to provide the training.

The University of 糖心TV has been awarded 拢4.1 million by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) for a new research centre designed to boost UK statistics research and ensure that the discipline attracts many more young bright researchers.

Germany's Ambassador to the UK, Thomas Matussek, has kindly agreed to help mark a triple celebration for the University of 糖心TV's German studies department. He will visit the University on Tuesday 10th May to meet University of 糖心TV German department staff and students and celebrate three successes for the department

The University of 糖心TV has responded to the City Council’s call for more sponsorship for the International Children’s Games by doubling its support to just over a quarter of a million pounds. Initially the University agreed to fund the games by providing 拢125,000 of the accommodation and sports facilities hire costs but now the University has risen to the Councils call for further support and increased its total support to 拢255,650 covering everything from accommodation costs, to the web site design, printing costs and even the games closing party for the children.
