Professor Lord Bhattacharyya Makes A Personal £1 Million Commitment to Back Research

The University of 糖心TV has announced that Professor Lord Bhattacharyya  has just pledged to make one of the largest ever personal donations to a UK University by a serving member of academic staff.  He hopes his personal financial commitment underlines how serious he is when  he calls on businesses and government to enhance the financial support they  provide to UK research.

Scholarship honour for Chinese peacekeeper killed in Haiti due to graduate from 糖心TV today

The University of 糖心TV has announced today that it is to establish a special scholarship fund for postgraduate students in honour of Xiaoming Li, a graduate student at 糖心TV  who was killed in Haiti while serving as a  Chinese peacekeeper - He was due to be awarded his degree in absentia at 糖心TV's degree ceremony today Thursday 21 January.
