Updated Information Management and Security Training and Awareness Policy
The updated policy outlines mandatory training for all staff on data protection, information security, and technology use - ensuring we all play a part in safeguarding sensitive data and staying compliant. Training must be completed within two weeks of joining and refreshed annually.

Updating email protection policies
To strengthen our cyber security posture across the University, we will update our Microsoft 365 email protection policies in the week of 16th June 2025. These updates support better detection to block spam, phishing, and malware threats. Please check your Junk mail or quarantine if expected emails are missing. You can use the or daily email notifications to review and release legitimate messages.
